General Terms and Conditions of ELEVARIS

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the relationship between ELEVARIS (and its brands) and the client who uses the services, digital products or advisory services of ELEVARIS. By using a service or purchasing a product, the client accepts these GTC. Deviations require written confirmation by ELEVARIS.

2. Services

ELEVARIS provides consulting, investment, real estate and related services. The specific scope of each engagement is defined in the respective individual agreement or offer.

3. Prices and payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), excluding VAT. Invoices are payable net within 10 days of the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise. Delivered products and results remain the property of ELEVARIS until full payment has been received.

4. Digital products

For digital content delivered electronically, any right of withdrawal expires as soon as performance of the contract begins (i.e. once the download link is provided or the email is sent). Refunds for already delivered digital products are excluded.

5. Liability

ELEVARIS provides its services with due care. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. ELEVARIS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties undertake to treat confidential information obtained in the course of the collaboration as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The relationship is governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of ELEVARIS in Feldbrunnen, Switzerland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
